High performance and racing Honda CRF 250R piston kits and top end gasket
kits are available here for all model years of the CRF250 R four stroke
dirt bikes. Standard bore size and big bore CRF250R CP Pistons Honda dirt bike
kits are all available here, as are high compression CRF250 pistons.. These forged pistons
will work with oversize valves as well as high lift camshafts as they include oversize
valve reliefs. They incorporate a "X" style forging for greater strength,
durability and reduced weight. Along with the full radius dome designs, high performance
piston rings and lightweight piston pins, these pistons offer the highest quality and are
engineered for maximum power output.
CP Pistons CRF 250 R dirt bike racing pistons are
used by top professional riders and teams.

Full Race Series CRF 250R RACING Pistons
Full race series pistons are custom forged
pistons but available off the shelf. These are single ring, high
compression, lightweight pistons which feature a highly efficient dome design that
maximizes squish
without compromising performance. Lateral gas ports are added to maximize ring seal while a
skirt
coating is included to improve power and provide additional lubrication, minimizing friction in extreme
competition conditions.
The full race
pistons come complete with high performance rings, lightweight pins and locks.

Cylinder Works CRF 250R Big Bore Kits
Cylinder Works CRF250R Big Bore Kit features and included parts:
- New cylinder, honed to size for easy piston installation
- Piston kit
- Gasket kit
- Virtually Identical in appearance to stock
- Just purchase and install no machine work required on engine for 1mm oversize kits.
- The 3mm oversize kit DOES require a modification to the case to install the big bore cylinder. The modification is necessary to maintain a minimum thickness on the cylinder spigot. The cases must be completely disassembled and then bolted back together after modification.
