High performance and racing Honda CRF250R piston kits and top end gasket
kits are available here for all model years of the CRF250R four stroke
dirt bikes. Standard bore size and big bore CRF250R CP Pistons Honda dirt bike
kits are all available here, as are high compression CRF250 pistons.. These forged pistons
will work with oversize valves as well as high lift camshafts as they include oversize
valve reliefs. They incorporate a "X" style forging for greater strength,
durability and reduced weight. Along with the full radius dome designs, high performance
piston rings and lightweight piston pins, these pistons offer the highest quality and are
engineered for maximum power output.

Cylinder Works NEW CRF250R Standard Bore and CRF 250 Big Bore Cylinders
Cylinder Works convenient drop in four stroke cylinders take the hassle and the time out of sending in your worn or damaged cylinders for honing and re-plating.
All Cylinder Works cylinders are brand new and both standard bore and big bore sizes look virtually identical to stock OEM cylinders. They are nickel silicon carbide plated for long life and they are precision honed to exact size for easy piston installation. When you purchase a Cylinder Works cylinder there is no core charge or exchange. You receive a brand new, ready to install cylinder.
The 1mm oversize big bore cylinder is designed as a true "drop in" with no extra machine work required to your engine or cases.
The 3mm oversize CRF 250R requires a modification to the case to install the big bore cylinder. The modification is necessary to maintain a minimum thickness on the cylinder spigot. The cases must be completely disassembled and then bolted back together after modification. |
