A transmission shield provides safety for the driver, track workers and spectators. SFI spec Automatic transmission shields are required in many racing classes in order to pass technical inspection. All of our transmission shields are certified as meeting SFI specs and they meet or exceed the requirements of all major sanctioning bodies. We have a shields available to fit all popular automatic transmissions. Our transmission shields may be ordered in five different colors and the Power Glide is also available in a polished finish. All of our shields are made from 6061-T6 aluminum. All of the shields that we sell have the most current possible date SFI certification decals on them when shipped.
