Cylinder Works CRF250R Big Bore Kit features and included parts:

• New cylinder, honed to size for easy piston installation
• Piston kit
• Gasket kit
• Virtually Identical in appearance to stock
• Just purchase and install no machine work required on engine for 1mm oversize kits.
• The 3mm oversize kit DOES require a modification to the case to install the big bore cylinder. The modification is necessary to maintain a minimum thickness on the cylinder spigot. The cases must be completely disassembled and then bolted back together after modification.
