Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade Kits - SRT-4

The Stage 1 Turbo Kit for the SRT-4 boosts power to 240 hp and torque to 260 ft-lbs.

Stage 2 Turbo Upgrade - SRT-4

The Stage 2 Turbo Kit for the SRT-4 gives you a power boost of 265 hp and 280 ft-lbs. of torque on premium pump gas. You can also achieve 280 hp and 300 ft-lbs. of torque on 100+ octane unleaded racing fuel. For additional power and a more aggressive exhaust note, you can add our new Cat-Back Exhaust System.

Turbo Toys Descriptions

Intercooler Sprayer
The four ?ne-mist water spray nozzles attached to the front mounted intercooler are activated by the three position blue rocker switch located on the Turbo Toys bezel. The three intercooler spray system modes are de?ned as follows:
Off – No spraying will occur in the off position.
Auto – This mode uses an algorithm in the PCM to optimize charge air cooling with minimum use of ?uid. The PCM monitors vehicle speed, ambient air temperature, charge air temperature, and throttle position to determine when to spray the intercooler.
Manual – This mode is activated when the switch is fully pressed down. The result is a constant spray of water upon demand. The sprayers will stay on continuously while the switch is held down, and will remain on for a short time after the switch is released The intercooler sprayers increase the ef?ciency of the intercooler and reduce charge air temperature, resulting in increased engine performance. The blue indicator lamp will illuminate whenever the system is spraying.

Manage boost on demand by adjusting the 4-position thumb wheel located on the Turbo Toys bezel. Through boost torque management, engine output can be optimized for the best launch and drivability in conditions varying from the sticky launch pad at the drag strip to snow-covered pavement. The thumb wheel can be set to the following four positions:
Position 3 – Provides the highest boost level, with torque management optimized for traction limit with high-grip tires
Position 2 – Provides the highest boost level, with torque management optimized for traction limit with OEM tires
Position 1 – Provides mid-level boost
Position 0 – Provides minimum boost

For maximum power and torque, the Stage 3R Turbo Kit will be the ultimate upgrade for your SRT4.

Stage 1 Suspension Components - Anti-Sway Bars

Rear Tension Strut Kit

Rear tension struts feature a high durometer bushing material designed for heavy duty and competition use. The revised design results in improved toe stability, reduced bump steer, which virtually eliminated rear wheel hop under heavy braking. Strut Tower Braces

Stop body flex and improve handling. When the body is more rigid, the suspension is better able to control the vehicle and suspension tuning gives more improvements since the body is not flexing making suspension tuning even harder. Available in steel and titanium for front and rear.

Stage 2 Coilover Suspension Kits

Stage 2 Coilover Suspension Kits are height adjustable from 0mm to 30mm lower than factory, and include fixed valve dampers.

Stage 3 Coilover Kit

Stage 3 Coilover Kits are height and rebound adjustable from 20% under to 50% over Stage 2 settings. Rebound adjustment takes place via an adjustment screw at the end of the piston rod, and primarily affects low and midrange rebound dampening.

Blow-Off Valve Conversion Kit

The Mopar Performance Blo Off Valve Conversion Kit maximizes the function of your vehicle's turbo system by venting excess, hot compressed air into the atmosphere, thereby reducing your intake air temperature. This kit adds a vent to the shock blow off valve and creates a unique turbo sound for your PT Turbo.

Mopar Performance air filters are constructed with factory tight seals; engneering level polyureathene; and deep, 4-ply pleats of oiled cotton gauze and 2 layers of aluminum screen. Performance clutch is capable of handling 315 ft.-lbs. of torque and the torsion disk package exceeds 500N-m torque capacity before coil bind. Features a racing grade organic friction disk lining with torsion damper disk and heat treated pressure plate for higher friction capacity. Offers OEM like smooth engagement and pedal effort.
