Big Block Mopar Connecting Rods Billet 4340 H-Beam Rod Sets

 

We are happy to offer top quality big block Mopar, Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler H-beam connecting rods from K1 Technologies. One of the biggest advantages of the K1 Technologies big block Mopar rods is that the big end width is correct, so you do not have excessive side clearance, as with so many of the other H beam rods on the market that are based on Chevy rods, so they are too thin, giving very large side clearances. These rods are machined to the proper big block Mopar big end width to insure proper side clearance. K1 is producing an extremely strong, 4340 billet rod set at a reasonable price for the big block Chrysler wedge engines. These 361, 383, 400, 413, 426 wedge, 440, 440 Magnum, 500 and stroker rods are machined to very close tolerances and are far stronger than the original rods. These rod sets come complete with rod bolts, installation instructions and moly lubricant.

K1 H beam Mopar RB series big block rods are all 4340 grade steel billet rods and include ARP8740 or ARP2000 bolts. Big Block Mopar Connecting Rods K1 Technologies Mopar 383 400 413 426 440 Stroker Rods

  • These rod sets come complete with 7/16 ARP 8740 or 2000 rod bolts. The 8740 bolts must be replaced each time the engine is disassembled. The 2000 bolts are stronger and can be re-used at rebuild time as long as no damage has occured.Also inclucded are installed bronze bushings, installation instructions and ARP moly lube
  • C-C = Length of rod, center to center, in inches
  • Bore = Rod big end housing bore diameter in inches
  • CPS = Crank pin size ( rod journal size ), in inches, that rod is designed to work on. From the factory used a journal size of 2.375. Modern aftermarket cranks are available in both the standard and big block chevy journal size of 2.200 inches. Be sure you select rods to match the journal size your crankshaft uses.
  • WPS = Wrist pin size that rod is designed to work with
  • Wt = Weight of 1 rod, in grams

RB length rods, are the stock length as originally used by Mopar in the 413, 426 Wedge and 440 engines. This rod length is also very popular for stroker engines based on either the "B" engines (361, 383, 400) or the RB engines.
