ROSS Chevy LS1 Pistons are used in high performance, street car, muscle car, hot rod, street rod and Chevrolet LS series racing engines by knowledgeable engine builders the world over. They combine light weight, high strength, precision machining and premium materials to build a superior forged LS1 piston set you can depend on for high horsepower, torque, efficiency and reliability.

ROSS Chevy LS1 pistons include forced pin oilers and double spirolox on all of their stocking part number sets. Each part is selected and boxed to provide you a matched set that is balanced to within plus or minus 2.5 grams. The valve intake and exhaust pockets are designed to handle most common camshaft applications. The skirt design allows for operation under intense heat and tremendous side loads without scuffing or splitting the cylinder walls. Most normally aspirated pistons are designed to run with approximately .004 skirt to wall clearance.
